So WHO is CHUCK?
I am a trained visual storyteller.
My portraits appear in People, Time, Newsweek, Family Circle and Cooking Light (and a lot of others). I’ve worked for daily newspapers big and small. I shoot for the finest companies in the world, whether they need an ad, corporate report or new pictures for their website.
And none of that really matters.
My favorite pictures?
They are displayed on walls and in photo albums inside family homes. Yes, I have photographed more celebrities than I can count, and I have won many national awards for my work.
But my passion is photographing real people. I want to tell your story. With more than 20 years experience as a professional photojournalist, I have the technical expertise to make you look great in pictures.
It's true. I live for photography. But's it's not all about me. It's about you.
I started using a camera because the images I shot made me happy. That was the allure. I was young and it made sense. (In other words, it was all about me.)
But I grew older, and eventually made photography my career. I remember the first time I saw a mother cry tears of joy at the photographs I had taken of her daughter. That's when I knew -- without question -- what I was put on this earth to do.
I have been blessed to do what I love. My true passion is making people happy: capturing those unforgettable moments: their baby's belly-laugh. Their families having fun. Their weddings, whether they take their vows barefoot in the beach sand or in the most majestic churches.
It's a great pride that people let me into their lives to capture their spark, their individuality.
It’s an honor and seriously humbling at the same time.
But what I think sets me apart is my ability to capture those transcendent moments, those moments when your soul shines. The years have given me the experience to know when and how to capture those moments. And with all the technical advances in photography and image-editing, I can make you look absolutely spectacular.
As a husband and father, I know how precious my family photographs are to me. When my wife and I open our family photo albums, we relive the happiest moments of our lives.
I would consider it an honor to give you the same experience.
